One app, everywhere: global rollout for seamless high-res playback on compatible gear

Introduction

Qobuz Connect is one of the company’s most ambitious launches: a feature allowing seamless, high-resolution playback directly on cars, Hi-Fi systems, and compatible devices — all controlled from the Qobuz app, without third-party integrations.

Launched globally in May 2025, it was more than just another product update. Qobuz Connect was positioned as an evergreen campaign, designed to remain visible and consistent across all 26 markets, reinforcing Qobuz’s reputation as an innovative and premium music platform.

From Idea to Execution

The Challenge

Qobuz Connect had been in development for years, requiring alignment between product, technical, and marketing teams. The challenge was not only to simplify a complex technical feature into a clear consumer story, but also to ensure the launch rolled out simultaneously worldwide.

Consistency was key: every asset, from visuals to video copy, had to be correct, localized, and live across all platforms.

Execution

The campaign went live worldwide as a permanent product feature announcement. Creative assets included videos, static visuals, sticky bars, and dedicated partner landing pages, supported by paid campaigns to build awareness.

Partner communication played a central role: affiliates received ready-to-use materials, while agencies ensured placements across acquisition channels. My responsibility was to confirm every market had the right assets live, that they were localized where necessary, and that the campaign reflected the precision and innovation behind Qobuz Connect.

My contribution

I contributed directly to the online launch of Qobuz Connect across all 26 countries. My role involved validating and correcting visuals and videos, working with country managers to approve copy, and coordinating with agencies to ensure the campaigns were properly deployed.

I created sticky bars and partner landing pages, updated visuals on our affiliate platforms, and informed partners of the promotion. I also oversaw SMA and SEA messaging to ensure wording and visuals were perfectly aligned. My focus was on making sure Qobuz Connect was visible, accurate, and premium across every market.

Qobuz Connect was more than a feature release, it was a strategic step into the connected audio space. My role was to ensure this technically complex project was translated into a campaign that felt simple, premium, and consistent worldwide. From visuals to partner communication, I helped deliver a launch that set a new benchmark for Qobuz’s global product campaigns and reinforced its position as a forward-looking brand.

Conclusion

The Qobuz Connect launch successfully positioned the platform in the connected listening space, expanding how users experience Qobuz beyond traditional devices. For the brand, it was a defining moment: moving from a streaming and download service to a player in the broader connected audio ecosystem.

For me, this project was an opportunity to translate a highly technical innovation into a simple, engaging, and consistent global story, ensuring that every market experienced the launch in the same premium way.
